This will also be the assessment stage wherein we ask questions on what you can contribute to the team. Be mindful that the most important thing to showcase is not your experience, your degree or your resume since that’s what got you the interview. It can be summed up with one word: Passion. Step 3:

The next level is largely for character assessment. Here, we will decide whether you fit in our company’s culture as you will be interviewed by the Founder and Co-Founder of the Company.

You will be asked questions to make sure that you are a dedicated, ambitious, and hard-working professional. You may be asked more on how you work with clients, and how you uphold strong communication. Only the most qualified applicants are allowed through the interview stage.

Step 4:

The team will then look for a Client that is fit for you. Another Virtual Interview will be conducted with the prospective Client within seven to fourteen days. 

Once approved by the Client, you will be fully endorsed. The Client will then provide you the tools you need as well as your start date and schedule.
